Make the right choice and take the train FOR FREE to Pukkelpop!

Your festival ticket entitles you to a free E-train ticket. All you need to do is download it from sncb.be/pukkelpop by following the steps below.

Remember: your festival ticket is not valid as a train ticket. Your E-train ticket allows you:

  • to travel 1 outward journey and 1 homeward journey in 2nd class
  • between a Belgian departure station (*) and the station of KIEWIT
  • in the period of Wednesday 15/08/2018 until Sunday 19/08/2018 included.

(*) If you're departing from Brussels Airport - Zaventem station, you will need to purchase 2 Diabolo fee tickets on top: 1 for the outward and 1 for the homeward journey.

How do I download my free E-train ticket for Pukkelpop?

  • Each Pukkelpop festival ticket contains a unique SNCB code. The SNCB code always begins with the number 0, the capital letter i and the numbers 52.
  • Go to sncb.be/pukkelpop and just copy and paste your SNCB code into the required field. Each SNCB code entitles you to 1 personal E-train ticket.

TIP: Did you order or have you received festival tickets for other people? Don't forget to order their personal E-train tickets. Or forward this e-mail to them so they can order their tickets themselves.

Please note:

  • The free E-train ticket Pukkelpop is not transferable, nor exchangeable nor can it be cancelled. Order your E-train ticket only if you are sure of the passenger's name.
  • In case of a ticket control, you will need to present your E-train ticket together with your ID-card.
  • Go to sncb.be/pukkelpop for all info and conditions. From beginning of August, you will also find the timetables of the Party Trains and other extra trains on this page.

FAQ: Travel

  • Yes, there is a sufficient number of parking spaces in the neighbourhood of the festival site. Payment at the parking lots is cash only (except for parking lot 8 and 10 where you can also pay by card) and will be €7 per day / €10 - 2 days / €15 - 3 days / €20 - 4 days.

    • When you display a valid admission ticket for Pukkelpop 2017, you can travel for free with all the buses and trams operated by De Lijn, regardless of the distance travelled. The return trip is also free (but you must keep your festival ticket or armband!).

    If you do not have a festival ticket, you will have to pay the normal rates for travelling on De Lijn public transport.

    Free travel to Pukkelpop by De Lijn public transport is possible:

    • for the holder of a valid Pukkelpop 2017 festival ticket
    • on 16-17-18-19-20 August 2017
    • on the entire network operated by De Lijn.
    • You can park your bike next to festival site, totally free of charge.
  • Kiss & Ride station Hasselt
    This Kiss & Ride is located in the Bampslaan, near the Hasselt train station. There are regular and fast bus connections to the festival meadow and to two campsites, Camping Chill and Camping Relax.

    Kiss & Ride Relax
    This Kiss & Ride is located near the entrance to Camping Relax (Parking 10). It can be reached via exit 30 (Park Midden Limburg) of the E314 in Houthalen. Just follow the Kiss & Ride signs. At the entrance of Camping Relax there are fast bus connections to the festival meadow and Camping Chill.

  • We strongly advise everyone to come to the festival by bike or public transport. Thousands of people come to Pukkelpop each year, which inevitably causes traffic problems on the access roads. The best place to drop off or pick up someone is Kiewit station. Please avoid the Kiewit village centre.

    There are 2 Kiss & Ride points:

    Kiss & Ride station Hasselt 
    This Kiss & Ride is located in the Bampslaan, near the Hasselt train station. There are regular and fast bus connections to the festival meadow and to two campsites, Camping Chill and Camping Relax. 

    Kiss & Ride Camping Relax 
    This Kiss & Ride is located near the entrance to Camping Relax (Parking 10). It can be reached via exit 30 (Park Midden Limburg) of the E314 in Houthalen. Just follow the Kiss & Ride signs. At the entrance of Camping Relax there are fast bus connections to the festival meadow and Camping Chill.

  • The Kempische Steenweg will be closed to all motorised traffic from 6 am on Wednesday 17th August till 4 pm on Sunday 21st August. The stretch of road between the junctions Vijversstraat/Tulpinstraat and Europalaan/Walenstraat will only be accessible to cyclists, festivalgoers and local residents. This is the section from Kiewit train station to the church; the festival site and Camping Chill are situated in between. During the festival, the Philips bridge (near the station) will be closed to all motorised traffic. Check the alternative routes here.
