With just two weeks to go the Pukkelpop organisers are ready to announce the final line-up for this year’s edition. There are five last-minute additions of which one on Thursday, three on Friday and one last on Sunday.
THU 16 AUG
Indie rockers Circa Waves more than deserve a slot on the Pukkelpop bill. They’ll be opening the Main Stage on Thursday.
FRI 17 AUG
On Friday Papa Roach will rock the Main Stage. The American rock band’s last appearance at Pukkelpop dates back as far as 2004. Their army of loyal fans will give them a welcome to remember! Just last year these punk heroes released their 9th studio album: Crooked Teeth.
Also on Friday but in the Castello the industrial punk rock hip-hop of Ho99o9. Dvtch Norris wil kick off the festivities in the Dance Hall.
SAT 18 AUG
On Saturday, that same Dance Hall features K1D, a Belgian rapper with a golden future.
CANCEL
Due to the untimely demise of Joseph Maus, band member and brother of John Maus, all shows including their Pukkelpop set have been cancelled. Click here for the full line-up.
TICKET AVAILABILITY
Blame it on the scorching temperatures but our ticket stacks are melting before our eyes. The scooping ice cream we call Thursday and Saturday is almost gone. And ice cream parlour Camping Chill is running out of empty seats in a hurry. So keep a cool head and order now if you want to snatch up those final Thursday and Saturday tickets and/or set up camp across the road from the festival grounds.
