Damon “DāM-FunK” Riddick is the personification of electro funk. This festive, danceable genre with synths and vocoders has been around since 1980 –
think of Zapp, Bootsy Collins and the early Prince. Since his debut on the Stones Throw label in 2008, DāM has become a true funk evangelist. For him funk is "a way of living, a feeling of struggle and staying cool through it all". And for you?
