Tim Van de Meutter, a guy from Antwerp who lives in Berlin, gets his kicks in the fast-changing house and techno world. His productions and DJ sets earned him the title of 'Belgian crown prince of atmospheric techno'. Locked Groove swings so effortlessly between Chicago and Detroit that it caught the attention of Scuba, who signed Tim to his Hotflush label. Well done!
